Seva is a demo of a different operating model for a citizen services platform. Each department describes its service once, in a file. Everything a person needs — plain language, eligibility with the reason, status as a sentence, a remedy for every rejection, escalation on a clock — is produced by one kernel reading that file. The person using it never sees the file, and never needs to.

- A quality gate you can watch refuse a service that was described badly.
What is not real
No government system is contacted. Sign-in, OTP, departments and their outages are all mocked in the browser. Every number you will see is invented. There is no server, no account, and nothing you type leaves your device.
Signing in
There are no accounts. Use Aadhaar 9999 8888 7777 and OTP 123456 — both are printed on the screens that ask for them. Then pick one of six people, and the home builds itself from their record.
